Booking Information

Walk-ins and bookings

We offer a limited number of walk-in tables, as well as bar seating for smaller groups of 2 to 4 guests. To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking in advance if you would like to guarantee a table, regardless of your group size.

Kitchen hours

Please note that our kitchen closes before the bar. If you are planning to dine with us, please check kitchen trading hours before your visit. The latest trading hours are available on our website.

Fully booked periods

If our booking system shows that we are fully booked, this is correct. We kindly ask that you do not call to request additional bookings once all tables have been allocated.

Waitlist

If your preferred time is unavailable, you are welcome to join our waitlist. If a table becomes available due to a cancellation, you will be notified by SMS. You will have 15 minutes to respond before the booking is released to the next guest on the waitlist.

Late arrivals and check-in

Tables will be held for 15 minutes after the reservation time. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible.

When you arrive, please check in with our bar staff. This helps us ensure your table is not released and avoids unnecessary no-show charges.

Booking duration

All bookings are allocated a 2-hour seating period from the start time of the reservation.

Children and guest numbers

Please include children in your total guest count, as they will require a seat or highchair. This allows us to allocate a table suitable for your group.

Booking confirmation

You will receive a booking confirmation by email or SMS. Please confirm your booking at least 24 hours prior to your reservation. Bookings that are not confirmed may be cancelled.

Special requests

If you have any special requirements, please include them in your booking notes or contact us directly. This includes requests such as highchairs, chairs with back support, high tables, or low tables.

Bookings of 2 or more

A credit card pre-authorisation is required at the time of booking. This verifies your card only and no charge is made at the time of reservation. Your confirmation email or SMS will include a secure link to confirm your booking and provide your card details.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your booking or fail to attend, a fee of $10 per person will apply. If your numbers are reduced without notice, the same fee will apply for each non-arriving guest.

Bookings of 17 or more

A credit card deposit is required at the time of booking. Your confirmation email or SMS will include a secure link to confirm your booking and provide your payment details.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your booking or fail to attend, your deposit will be forfeited. If guest numbers are reduced without notice, the deposit for each non-arriving guest will also be forfeited.

Bookings of 30 or more

Groups of 30 or more are required to order the BBQ Board as a shared platter. Your deposit will be applied toward this on the day of your visit.

Deposits and pre-payments must be used on the day of your booking. At management’s discretion, any remaining balance may be issued as in-store credit.
