Inspired by the red sky that is a shepherd’s delight, this IPA is built on Gladfield’s Shepherds Delight and Supernova malts, giving it a rich, deep amber character with a soft caramel backbone. On top, a lineup of New Zealand hops Nectaron, Nelson Sauvin, Motueka and Riwaka brings notes of tropical fruit, grape and citrus, balanced by a clean, crisp finish.
